Simple on purpose. Your customers keep calling the number they already know.
After-Hours (nights/weekends — the pilot mode), Overflow (after 4 rings or line busy), 24/7 Full (every call goes straight to Answer Line), or Emergency-Only (screens after-hours calls, escalates true emergencies). Per location, changeable any time. Holiday schedules override normal hours.
Your business number stays yours. You turn on call forwarding — after hours on a schedule, or after a set number of rings — pointing at the dedicated Answer Line AI number we provision for you. Your carrier's exact code is on a step card in the setup wizard (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, landline, and VoIP each have one). Turn forwarding off any time and your phones behave exactly as before.
The full transcript and recording in your app, plus a structured job card: name, callback, address, problem, booked window. Once your line is live, the transcript is texted to you as soon as each call ends. Bookings write to your calendar; if a calendar write ever fails, the job card is still saved and flagged — a booking never vanishes over an integration hiccup.
Short clips of the call flows — a simulated intake call, an emergency escalation, and the dashboard tour — are published here as they are produced.

Connect the tools you already use, from Settings → Integrations, with your own accounts: Google Calendar and Outlook work two-way — the AI reads your busy times and pushes every booking in. Jobber and ServiceTitan connect for schedule sync and pushed jobs; Housecall Pro connects and sends its job events into your app (their API doesn't let anyone create jobs there — we won't pretend otherwise). Each one activates the moment you connect it, and if a connected tool is ever unreachable, the booking still lands safely on the built-in calendar. A general outbound webhook for Zapier/Make isn't included today — your job cards live in the app and export as CSV.
